Delivered by experts in nutrition, physical activity and behaviour change, Gloji Groups helps you build healthy habits around food and physical activity for long term, sustainable change.
Each weekly session covers a one-hour informative topic which includes conversations around managing portions, understanding fats and sugars, the importance of regular eating, motivation, and the benefits of movement.

Attend weekly group sessions via Zoom/MS Teams. Your own personal practitioner will send you details of how to join these sessions in advance and will support you throughout the course.
Receive further support from your personal practitioner and fellow peers in our optional Facebook and Whatsapp groups.
